Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.  

Returns

We accept returns for items that are:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In their original packaging To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be provided with a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Incorrect or Damaged Items only 

    Refunds

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow [Number] business days for the refund to process.

    • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
